Leaders should  the web coordinator with anything they wish to put on their page/s.

Items that would be great for this include: class handouts, class exercises, notes for members etc.

You could start your page with a bit about yourself and maybe even a picture

If you use Word or Publisher to prepare your notes then it would be great if you could reopen the document then use Save as and in the Save as type box choose PDF. Attach that file to the email. Nevertheless you can send articles in any format and they will be converted before uploading to your page.

Pages prepared with a html editor program (Dreamweaver, FrontPage, Kompozer) are very welcome, this saves the web coordinator some time and offers you some more opportunities.

Perhaps you like using Publisher and you can design your own page. Just use the Save As feature in Publisher and in the Save as type box choose Web Page Filtered (this is prefered to the other option Single File Web Page)
